1.) How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship one to five days placing your order, and then it takes 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Darling Dariah has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

2.) What's your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you weren’t happy with the items you received, we would love to return or exchange them for you. Returns run counter to our emphasize on sustainability. So, just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we'll give you your money back in full. Please note refunds will not be issued until return reaches us. This can take up to 7 business days.

3.) Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. 

4.) What if I receive the wrong item?

If it's the wrong size, defective or not what you wanted, simply notify us. We will give you a refund if this happens and will be asked to ship the product back to us. 

5.) Do you offer exchanges? 

We do offer exchanges if any reason that you did not receive the exact product you wanted, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
